The new “Evernord Real Estate Fund VII” fund, which acquired “Sky Office”, will provide “Evernord” investors with the opportunity to diversify their investment portfolio with already developed commercial real estate,” said the fund manager Simonas Bačiulis in a statement.
Vaidas Žagūnis, a member of the board of “Citadele” bank and head of Business Banking Services in the Baltic States, said that the building is almost fully leased.
“The building is still new, an almost fully leased business center, and its manager has significant experience in managing real estate funds in various European markets,” said V. Žagūnis in a statement.

The occupancy of the building, opened in 2024, currently stands at 95%. According to Simonas Bačiulis, manager of the “Evernord Real Estate Fund VII” fund, it is expected that all premises will be leased by the end of the year.
BNS Plius wrote that “YIT Lietuva” completed the construction of the business center in December 2023.
Among the tenants of “Sky Office” are Vilnius infrastructure maintenance company “Grinda”, “Aljansas Aibė”, “Eaton”, “Dr. Oetker”, “Saint-Gobain” and other international and Lithuanian companies; there is also a pilates training studio “My Pilates”. The project developer “YIT Lietuva” itself has also established its office in this business center.
It was announced that about 21 million euros were invested in the construction of the project.
“YIT Lietuva” acquired the territory in Viršuliškės in 2019 and started the construction of “Sky Office” in 2021.
