“The algorithm operating today is clear – Poland is a cheaper raw material country than Lithuania, so companies and carriers who calculate and find it profitable to refuel (fuel – BNS) in Poland, do just that,” said Povilas Drižas, Secretary General of the International Transport and Logistics Alliance (TTLA), to BNS.
