The video published by the Lithuanian Hunters and Fishermen Society (LMŽD) shows an adult male bear, which, according to local hunters, regularly visits these surroundings and likely has been living here for some time.

According to experts, such behavior is completely natural for bears. By rolling on the ground, they can relieve itching, remove remnants of shedding fur, get rid of parasites, or simply enjoy a kind of “forest bath.”
According to local hunters, about a month ago this bear also visited a nearby beekeeper’s apiary, where it broke open hives in search of honey. Recently, the animal has been increasingly captured on hunters’ video cameras in various locations in the Kaišiadorys district.

LMŽD emphasizes that such recordings allow observing wild animals in their natural environment without disturbing their behavior.
