According to preliminary data, they entered Latvia from Belarus by illegally crossing the state border, and later arrived in Lithuania.
A pre-trial investigation has been initiated for possession of false documents and illegal use of another person’s document.
After the interrogation, five detainees were handed over to the VSAT Foreigners Registration Center in Pabradė, and the minor to the Reception and Integration Agency. Later, all of them will be returned to Latvia under the readmission agreement.
