„Big Discount Days“ – already tomorrow: 50% discount on non-food items in all „Maximas“

The offer will cover more than 40,000 non-food items – from everyday household chemicals and personal hygiene products to dishes, textiles, toys, and small household appliances. Various pet products, including pet food, will also be available at half price. Moreover, it is a great time to prepare for the new school year – during the “Big Discount Days,” stationery and backpacks will also have a 50% discount when purchasing at least two identical or different items.

“One of the last weekends of the calendar summer can be a great opportunity to stock up on all the essentials for the beginning of autumn. Lithuanians across the country will have three days for this, starting on Friday and ending on Sunday,” says Ernesta Vareikytė, Head of Media Relations at Maxima.

She also reminds that to take advantage of the discount, it is not necessary to put two identical items in the basket. You can choose, for example, a laundry detergent and a frying pan, a toy and a pack of pet food, or any other two non-food items participating in the promotion.

“The total number of items does not have to be even – you can buy two, three, five, or more identical or different products. If they meet the offer conditions, a 50% discount with the ‘Ačiū’ card will be applied to all,” explains the Head of Media Relations at Maxima.

The “Big Discount Days” will take place in all Maxima stores in Lithuania, so half-price non-food items can be found in the largest stores with three Xs, as well as in stores with one or two Xs.

The “Big Discount Days” offer will not be combined with other discounts valid in the Maxima network during the Žolinė weekend. Among the latter are products marked with red price tags. The additional 50% discount does not apply to products participating in other promotions (specific brands or product groups). Discounts are not cumulative.

After taking care of non-food items – low prices will also delight in fresh food

A Maxima representative adds that this weekend is a great opportunity to take care not only of industrial goods covered by the “Big Discount Days” offer. The prices of fresh food products, which have been further reduced, are also worth customers’ attention.

At the end of July, Maxima further reduced the regular prices of over 500 selected fresh food products, which are now always like on promotion. Among them, as many as 300 products are available to customers in the smallest, one X, Maxima stores.

“Continuing the reduction of regular prices, the further lowered regular prices of fresh food products include: milk, butter, sour cream, processed cheese, packaged bread, sausages, frankfurters, and all fresh pork, including both weighed and packaged,” says E. Vareikytė.

The Maxima representative points out that this list of products with further reduced regular prices does not include sliced sausages, fresh pork sausages, marinated pork, and all private label products of “Pormet,” “Farm Milk,” and “Malūno.”

Additionally, for customers’ convenience, new reduced regular product prices in the dairy, meat, and bread categories are displayed on special price tags showing both the old and new regular prices.
