„Lidl Lietuva“ communications manager Ovidija Ferencienė 15min stated that as soon as information about discrepancies in the product was received, its recall from the market was immediately initiated.
„We regret and apologize to customers for the inconvenience caused. We want to inform that the „Milbona“ brand chocolate-flavored pudding (200 g) produced by the supplier „Fude + Serrahn Milchprodukte GmbH & Co. KG“, with an expiration date until September 14, 2026, has been recalled from sale since August 18. This recall does not apply to other „Milbona“ or this supplier’s products,“ she said.
According to O. Ferencienė, customers were immediately informed about the product recall with informational posters in all sales locations. Also, customers who purchased this pudding with the „Lidl Plus“ app are promptly informed via direct messages.

„Customers who purchased the mentioned product can return it at any „Lidl“ store, a purchase receipt is not required – the paid money can be refunded at any time, the customer only needs to present the product itself or its packaging.
