„We must make the enlargement process faster and more reliable,“ said European Commission (EC) President Ursula von der Leyen in the small town of Tivat, best known for its port where luxury yachts are moored.
„Enlargement is a geostrategic necessity for us, as well as a long-term investment in our peace, stability, and security,“ said U. von der Leyen, acknowledging that the accession process must „become more dynamic.“
