Reader Jolanta asks:“We bought part of a house and have a neighbor with whom problems keep arising. It all started when he demanded access to the basement through our premises because he had arbitrarily bricked up his own access. When we refused to allow walking through our premises, arguments began. There is a shared passage through our yard, used by both the neighbor and us. The neighbor started using the passage as a storage space, keeping all his unnecessary items there, including a trash bin. When we politely asked him to remove the items from the passage, he began piling even more things that block our entire way. What actions could be taken in such a situation?”
