A senior Ukrainian official, speaking on condition of anonymity, said on Sunday afternoon that two rounds of discussions with US officials took place and that a third meeting with representatives from France, Germany, and the United Kingdom (UK) is planned.
Most of the discussions were dedicated to „how to survive the winter and what can be done before that,“ said the Ukrainian source.
