“Customer expectations are constantly growing, so when renovating stores, we pay a lot of attention not only to the assortment but also to the quality of shopping. We aim for people to find everything they need for everyday life even in smaller format stores, and for shopping to be quick, smooth, and pleasant. The reconstruction of the Priekulė store allowed us to better adapt the spaces to these needs,” says Lina Muižienė, Executive Director of the “Iki” retail network.

According to her, smaller format stores remain very important places for communities because they allow quick and convenient care for daily purchases close to home or work.
“After the reconstruction, customers can expect a more spacious and better planned store. The larger retail area allowed for an even clearer layout of products and ensured smoother shopping. Here you can find a wide selection of everyday products – from fresh fruits and vegetables, baked goods, and dairy products to meat products, groceries, and household goods,” says Gintarė Kitovė, Head of Communications at “Iki.”

The greatest focus – on convenience and freshness
The modern store has been updated according to the company’s latest standards so that favorite products can be found as quickly and conveniently as possible, with even more attention paid to “Iki’s” market strength – the assortment of fresh products.
In the 381 sq. m store of heart format 1, whose area was increased by 10 sq. m after reconstruction, customers can find an assortment of up to 9,000 products. Here you can find products needed for everyday shopping – fresh fruits and vegetables, dairy products, bread and baked goods, meat products, groceries, beverages, frozen and home comfort goods.
“Even in smaller format stores, we want to offer customers what they especially value – freshness, a conveniently arranged assortment of everyday necessary products, and quick shopping. In the renovated store in Priekulė, more space is dedicated to comfortable movement, clearer product layout, and a pleasant shopping experience. As in other renovated network stores, great attention is paid to fresh product zones and daily customer needs,” says Gintarė Kitovė.

According to her, this retail location is especially convenient for customers who want to quickly purchase products for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or to replenish home supplies without spending much time in the store.
For faster shopping, the renovated store is equipped with 3 “IKI Bitutė” self-service checkouts, adapted for people with mobility disabilities or other mobility limitations; payment can also be made at the regular checkout. The store welcomes customers daily from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.
“Iki” continues to consistently invest in the expansion of the store network and the renovation of existing stores throughout Lithuania, aiming to ensure the most convenient shopping experience for its customers.
