Adolescence returns to the Pikul and Jasaitis case – Oksana burst out in the session: "I lost control"

About the court hearing, O. Pikul spoke on the social network “Instagram.” She stated that this hearing was exceptional, as after many years both the plaintiff and the defendant participated in the court session.

“Those who have participated in such processes will probably understand me, it seems like there is nothing to worry about, you just participate, answer questions and that’s it, but there is a lot of tension… Especially because for the first time in many years we all met – both the defendant and the defendant’s lawyer. I will jump ahead – the court did not end, so I cannot and would not want to reveal all the details. This whole journey continues and it is to the point of absurdity… At some moments I even lost control, my gestures were like this…(editor’s note – slapped her palm on her forehead). The comments surprised many,” O. Pikul said.

Although two lawsuits had reached the court, Oksana said that one of them is suspended.

“Currently, I have two lawsuits, in one I am the plaintiff, and the other lawsuit is from my ex-husband Simas, in which he is the plaintiff, and his case was suspended. There is only one main one of mine, where we should resolve the main issues,” said the businesswoman.

She did not hide that during the court process she was negatively surprised by her ex-husband’s behavior.

“The funniest thing is that it was very interesting to observe a person’s behavior, body language, eyes, when very uncomfortable questions were asked… For example, not seeing the child for one and a half years, no communication, seven years of no support… This is superhuman and there is no excuse for such things, no matter that the couple is divorcing, but if there is a child, both must take responsibility, especially since before the divorce I asked nicely and properly many times – it bounced off like a wall. If I were a man, I would think about how my child can grow up without my care and supervision? If I were a man, the best schools would be paid for, clothes bought for the child, I would socialize, spend leisure time, travel together to create the strongest possible bond <…> Not once in the hearing was there an expressed desire to communicate, the main and only question that mattered was money. It seemed like I was sitting, explaining how the father should visit, communicate, that there is a lack of the father, I tried to escalate human factors, and the other side sat and explained how money is needed,” O. Pikul shared.
