A minor allegedly with narcotic substances detained in Panevėžys

As reported by Panevėžys police, on Friday around 8:30 PM in Panevėžys, Ukmergės street, during a partial inspection of a minor born in 2010, a transparent bag was found containing a white, crystalline, possibly narcotic substance.
