“This will be our largest project in more than two decades of operation. In preparing it, we focus not only on the construction of residential buildings but also on creating a quality living environment,” says Artūras Jurša, director of “Centromeros”.
Currently, the procedure for preparing the detailed project plan solutions is underway. The company hopes to complete it in the coming months. After that, a public project presentation will be held, where architectural solutions, quarter visualizations, infrastructure solutions, and other project highlights will be presented to the public.
It is already known that comfortable apartments of 45–80 sq. m are planned in the quarter, aimed at families and buyers looking for quality housing in the city.
Demand in the primary housing market in Kaunas has remained stable in recent years. According to the real estate services company “Inreal,” more than 1,180 new construction apartments were sold in Kaunas in 2025 – one of the best results in the city’s history. Market analysts predict that as the city grows, active demand for new housing will continue.
“The highest demand in Kaunas continues to be for two- and three-room apartments. We also see another clear trend – people often look for housing near already living parents, children, or other family members. Well-known neighborhoods and convenient daily infrastructure become no less important to many buyers than the housing itself,” adds A. Jurša.
