Participants tested the sound systems installed in their cars in three different competitions. The SPL competition aimed to generate the highest possible sound, the “Bass Race” judged the average sound level of the selected music track, and in the “Street Sound” category, the sound emitted from speakers mounted on the opened front doors was measured.

The biggest surprise of the competition was recorded in the SPL “Extreme+” class. Aleksandrs Polakovs with a BMW E46 not only became the class winner but also surpassed the symbolic 170-decibel mark. His achieved result of 170.21 dB became a new record for the Baltic countries.
SPL Results
Anton Vinickyj won the SPL “Street Stock” class. Armandas Endriekus took first place in the “Street A” category.
In the “Street B” class, Lina Kijut was the strongest, Mantas Viršilas took second place, and Marius Skarbalius third.
Rita Navardauskaitė won the “Street C” class. Martinš Petrovskis came second, and Zintis Ekmanis third.
Erikas Gilys took first place in the “Extreme” class, Guntars Rungis second, and Aleksejs Odnorukovs third.
In the most famous “Extreme+” class, Aleksandrs Polakovs triumphed, improving the Baltic countries’ record. Rihards Rings was second, and Oskars Jaunžeikars third.
“Bass Race” Results
The “Bass Race” competition evaluated not just a single short sound peak but the average sound level maintained during the music track.
Lina Kijut won the “Street B” class, Mantas Viršilas took second place, and Marius Skarbalius third.

Maris Zeltinš was first in the “Street C” class, Nerijus Bertašius second, and Rita Navardauskaitė third.
Guntars Rungis won the “Extreme” class, with Tomas Čėsna-Vilkas taking second place.
In the “Extreme+” class, Aleksandrs Polakovs won again. Rihards Rings was second, and Armandas Bagočius third.
“Street Sound” Results
The “Street Sound” competition evaluated the sound emitted from speakers mounted on the opened front doors of the car.
Kornelijus Navalinskas won the “Street Sound Stock” class, with Guntars Rungis in second place.
Janis Straupe took first place in the “Street Sound Master” class. Lina Kijut was second, and Arvydas Stakutis third.
In the “Street Sound Extreme” class, Aleksandrs Polakovs won, Marius Grezelis took second place, and Karolis Plauška third.
The “Audio Freakz Lietuva dB Drag” competition has become an integral part of the “Aurum 1006 km powered by Hankook” racing festival over nine years. This year, it stood out not only for the fierce competition in different classes but also for a result that raised the bar for car audio system records in the Baltic countries even higher.
