As P. Gražulis told the portal Žmonės.lt, the Child Rights Service entrusted him with the custody of his daughter.
“They said: ‘If you don’t take her, we will give her to foster parents.’ So I took her and now the girl is going with me,” P. Gražulis told Žmonės.lt.
When asked how his daughter is feeling at the moment, the man was open.
“Not a very pleasant case, but it is what it is,” said the politician.
P. Gražulis, who works in the European Parliament, has to travel constantly due to the nature of his job. For this reason, living with his daughter constantly seems difficult to him. When asked what he plans to do, the man spoke about his idea.
“My job is such that one week – Strasbourg, two – Brussels, and one week I have to be in Lithuania, so how can I live with her? I won’t drag her around. I need to find a school, also someone to take care of her, drive her when I’m not there and she will be in Lithuania,” P. Gražulis told Žmonės.lt.
According to him, the other work week is scheduled in Lithuania, so during that time he will have to take care of all matters.

After this decision by the Child Rights Service, P. Gražulis said he had already received a call from B. Navickaitė.
“Birutė called, she, as a mother, worries, cries, I told her – be orderly, get good references from work and we’ll see. I am not interested in Birutė being bad, or me, or the child,” shared P. Gražulis.
When asked what he will do with his daughter today, if he has planned any entertainment to brighten the child’s mood, Petras revealed his plans.
“We agreed to visit the children tomorrow, she communicates with my children’s children, they love each other very much, communicate, play,” P. Gražulis ended the conversation with Žmonės.lt.
