In 2023, „FL Technics“ paid out 3.5 million euros in dividends, and in 2022 – 1.1 million euros.
The company’s net profit last year halved to 13.07 million euros (in 2024 – 25.2 million euros), while revenue remained almost unchanged at 204.1 million euros (203.5 million euros), according to the company’s report to the Register Center.
„FL Technics“ earned the most revenue last year in the United Arab Emirates – 25.8 million euros, Malta – 17.3 million euros, and Hungary – 12.6 million euros. Another 10.6 million euros in revenue was generated in Portugal, about 9.5 million euros each in the United States and Lithuania. The remaining 118.9 million euros in revenue was earned by the company in other countries.
This year, the company sees risks that due to geopolitical tensions and rising aviation fuel prices, the company’s clients may reduce aircraft maintenance orders, although no negative impact on the company’s finances is currently forecasted.
100% of „FL Technics“ shares are owned by „Avia Solutions Group“, which is indirectly controlled by G. Žiemelis.
