As reported by 15min, at the end of August, advertisements appeared on the electronic auction and bidding portal about the publicly sold contents of the garage of the girl’s kidnapper G. Filipavičius – three cars, a motorcycle, and a trailer.
Even without becoming a participant in the auction, without creating an account on the portal, it is visible exactly what property is being sold, its registration number, as well as the owner’s first and last name.
15min spoke with bailiff Nijolė Bacevičienė, who is conducting the sale of G. Filipavičius’s property, about such sales of seized items.
According to her, the public announcement of information about the property being realized on the evarzytynes.lt portal is part of the auction process regulated by law.
The publicity of information about property sold at auctions is defined by the Civil Procedure Code (CPC), which establishes that all property sold at auction is publicly announced on a special website, and the content of the auction announcement is also specified.

“It must include the owner’s first and last name and information about the property being sold. So this data is published not at the bailiff’s discretion, but in compliance with CPC requirements,” the bailiff assured.
No funds – selling property
N. Bacevičienė confirmed that she is currently enforcing the collection of G. Filipavičius’s debts according to the enforcement documents submitted to her.
Since it is not possible to collect debts from G. Filipavičius’s funds in accounts, the property auction was announced on the public electronic auction portal.
