Attending the premiere of the film “Practical Magic 2” in Los Angeles, the Oscar winner revealed that she made a memorable surprise for both of her children – 16-year-old son Louis and 12-year-old daughter Laila.

“They are in the movie, but many viewers won’t even suspect it,” Sandra Bullock said with a mysterious smile in an interview before the premiere, not revealing exactly what their roles on screen will be. “I can’t wait to see my children’s reaction.”
Although Sandra Bullock’s children did not pose for photographers, they did attend the event with their mother. Moreover, they brought friends along. The movie star did not hide that she is incredibly proud of her children.
“The most wonderful thing is that when children grow up, a huge change happens: you stop influencing them – they start influencing you. You no longer need to teach them – you start learning from them,” she shared about her motherhood experience and support on set.
In the new film “Practical Magic 2,” Sandra Bullock embodies the well-known heroine Sally Owens and once again stars alongside another Oscar winner, Nicole Kidman, who returns as her sister Gillian.

This time, the Owens sisters will have to face a dark curse threatening to destroy their family once and for all. To stop it, the sisters will have to rely once again on their family bond and the magic passed down from generation to generation.
Besides the already mentioned returning actors, this sequel full of fun, spells, and wild chaos stars Joey King, Lee Pace, Maisie Williams, Xolo Maridueña, Solly McLeod, Dianne Wiest, and Stockard Channing.
The film was directed by the renowned Danish director Susanne Bier, known for engaging psychological dramas that have received great acclaim both in Europe and Hollywood. She is the first female director to win an Oscar, a Golden Globe, a European Film Award, and an Emmy. The screenplay is based on the sequel “The Book of Magic” to Alice Hoffman’s novel “Practical Magic,” published in Lithuanian.
