„After summer, we all return to offices, meetings, and the usual work rhythm, so before the busy season starts, we wanted to bring the community together, have fun, and thus prepare more easily for the new stage. It is important to us that „Quadrum“ is not only a place to work but also a space where it is good to meet, communicate, and build connections. The „Quadrum“ community has already created several traditions – exercising together, taking care of health, and of course, celebrating. Squash training, step challenges, and wellness days, Beaujolais day, Užgavėnės, cold beet soup fiesta. Office workers are also brought together by exhibitions, book fairs, educational events, and civic initiatives.
