“When planning the exercises, we based them on real events that had already happened in our practice, when a few years ago in Mažeikiai our colleague was killed and an armed person fled into the forest. Last summer in Alytus, a police car was shot at, and the criminal blew himself up in the car and died,” said the exercise organizer Vaidas Kazlauskas in the statement.
