At the “Vilnius Outlet” dance studios this season, there will be no shortage of choices – from energetic and free dances to team training, performances, and championships. And even those who have so far thought they “can’t dance” can start.
A dance that becomes time for yourself
Adults looking for more movement, good emotions, or simply a chance to briefly escape the daily routine are invited to dance at the “Follow me” studio. This season, “Solo Latino,” “Bachata Lady Style,” “Latino Body Movement,” “High Heels,” Zumba, salsa and bachata couples, and classes for moms with little ones are offered here.

For those who do not know which direction to choose, the studio suggests starting not from the name of the dance, but from the desired feeling. Zumba is suitable for those seeking energy, bachata or “Solo Latino” – for elegance and body plasticity, and partner dances – for those wanting to find a connection with a partner and the culture of social dance.

The most important thing is to allow yourself to try. The studio emphasizes that a beginner does not need to pay anything in advance. Often a person comes to learn a few steps, and at the same time discovers more self-confidence, new friendships, and a community.
When the team moves as one
In the “Hooo” competitive dance sport training, choreography, physical fitness, flexibility, gymnastics and acrobatics elements, and stage expression come together. But here, not only individual mastery is important – in team events, athletes must feel each other, maintain a common pace, lines, and energy.
Beginners start their path in beginner groups, where they gradually get acquainted with the training process, learn discipline, responsibility,
and teamwork. Over time, joint training, competitions, and trips also become the basis for strong friendships.

At the 2026 European competitive dance sport championship in Croatia, “Hooo” athletes won four first places, two second places, and two third places in different “Pom Dance” and “Cheer Dance” categories.
But the championship is not just about medals. Children learn to manage nervousness, accept victories and failures, support the team, and understand responsibility representing Lithuania.

You can only find your style by trying
There will also be no shortage of wide choices at the “ANT” dance studio. Here, groups of various levels of “hip hop,” “feminine movement,” “high heels,” and other styles are offered, and for advanced dancers – seminars with foreign coaches,
camps, events, competitions, and championships.
The studio emphasizes that you definitely do not need to come to the first training already knowing how to dance. Beginner groups are designed so that a person can make mistakes, repeat, ask questions, and gradually understand that they too can dance.
Confidence often comes in small steps – when after a few weeks a movement that seemed impossible on the first day succeeds, or when for the first time one dares to dance the way they really want.

For children, competitions also become an important part of the experience. They teach discipline, responsibility, teamwork, the ability to manage nervousness, and accept results. And trips to championships allow them to meet other dancers, different cultures, and often bring back not only a medal but even more motivation.
While children dance – time for yourself
While children train, parents can take a short break – have a coffee, eat, or shop calmly. Thus, the clubs at “Vilnius Outlet” become a convenient part of everyday life for the whole family. And most importantly – at the same time, you can take care of both the children’s activities and daily errands, saving time.
The new “Vilnius Outlet” club season starts in September, at V. Pociūno St. 8, near the capital’s Western bypass. More information can be found here: Clubs | Vilnius outlet
