In Lithuania’s most famous classroom, she will meet a variety of new friends. From athlete Danas Rapšys to actor Vytautas Kaniušonis and businesswomen Oksana Pikul and Simona Lipnė. And these are just some of the A-level stars who will meet this Sunday in the class led by teachers Mantas Bartuševičius and Mantas Katleris!

However, one classmate will be especially close to Aušra, as she is her daughter-in-law, her son’s beloved Agnė Turskienė.
“We will enjoy participating here – I really like Agnė,” she openly shares her fondness for her daughter-in-law.
Sitting in the student’s seat herself will be unusual for Aušra only at first glance. A former teacher and lecturer, she is convinced that learning is a lifelong process, and she practices it daily.
“I have never entered a classroom in my life without reviewing and seeking new information from morning till night for two days beforehand. Learning is the most wonderful thing,” she firmly states.

The new show differs from what we are used to in that everything happens in reverse. This is a project where the most rewarded are not those who last the longest, but those who are eliminated first.
Victory here is the last thing you would want, because that would mean you are “The Nation’s Dumbest”!
Still, A. Maldeikienė insists she is not afraid to embarrass herself in front of all Lithuania. And she knows how to laugh at herself like no one else: “Why should I be ashamed to laugh at myself? Self-irony is one of my strongest traits. I always look at myself with self-irony. I think you can’t survive otherwise.”
Therefore, Aušra is not only unafraid of the title “The Nation’s Dumbest,” but she even has a plan ready for what she would do if she really earned it!

“I would put on Facebook – ‘Nation’s Dumbest,’ with an ‘e.’ And I would continue to speak on the issues I understand. If you read a text by Maldeikienė about economics or politics, it means it was done carefully and responsibly – I can justify every sentence. But in this project, I am responsible for nothing. I can be the dumbest,” she says confidently.
The students of Lithuania’s most famous class will face a variety of tasks. Here, celebrities will encounter general knowledge, logic, reaction, memory, and even physical challenges. But Aušra welcomes them all boldly. After all, can anyone know everything?
“Still, I know many things that other people do not. Each of us has our own life, and I think it’s great not to know everything,” A. Maldeikienė says with a smile.
