“The five-month dynamics already show a fairly clear direction – the expectations of industrial companies are weakening. The August result is not a big drop, but it is important because the stabilization seen in July did not hold. Industrial companies continue to operate in an environment where external demand is recovering slowly, competition in international markets remains very high, and investment decisions require more clarity,” said LPK president Vidmantas Janulevičius in a statement.
