The goal of the partnership is not only to strengthen the connection between the two sports organizations but also to encourage more people to discover sports not just by watching competitions but by actively moving themselves. “Gym+” and LKL will strive to transfer the sports energy that unites the basketball community into people’s everyday lives.

“LKL is more than just basketball games for us. It is the largest and strongest sports community in Lithuania, so the partnership with the league is a consistent step for us. This is the biggest collaboration in the history of “Gym+”, so we want it to be not only visible but also to have a real impact on people – encouraging more movement, sports, and care for their physical and psychological well-being,” says “Gym+” CEO Mantas Badikonis.
This collaboration also coincides with a significant stage of “Gym+” expansion beyond the major cities of Lithuania.
“Today, “Gym+” clubs invite people to work out in eleven cities across the country, and in the coming years, we will have a club in every city where an LKL team plays. We want to be as close as possible to people and local communities – starting with LKL team basketball players and coaches and ending with every basketball or simply active lifestyle enthusiast,” says M. Badikonis.
The LKL community gathers thousands of basketball fans across Lithuania every year, and the new partnership will provide an opportunity to further encourage this community to choose an active lifestyle and make sports an integral part of everyday life.
“Basketball in Lithuania unites a huge community of active people, so the partnership with the largest sports club network in the country, “Gym+”, is very natural. We are united by the desire to encourage people not only to watch sports but also to move more themselves. We believe that together we can inspire even more people to make an active lifestyle a part of their daily lives,” says LKL General Director Rasa Liuimienė.
The partnership with LKL will become another direction of “Gym+” activities, strengthening the connection of sports clubs with the Lithuanian sports community and contributing to the growth of an active lifestyle culture throughout the country.
In a couple of weeks, “Gym+”, which will open its 40th sports club, invites you to work out with one membership in Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipėda, Šiauliai, Panevėžys, Alytus, Marijampolė, Mažeikiai, Kėdainiai, Telšiai, and Palanga. All network clubs operate 24/7, seven days a week.
