“Currently, legislation does not regulate the carbon dioxide terminal and its infrastructure as part of our energy system. The project proposes for the first time in our legislation to establish the legal regulation and technical supervision of the carbon dioxide terminal as part of the carbon system,” said Minister of Energy Lukas Savickas at the government meeting.
