This September 1st is full of challenges for the community of the National M.K.Čiurlionis School of Arts – the school itself has changed its location because intensive renovation work is underway in the usual premises on T.Kosciuška Street in Vilnius.

The school really needed the renovation. Parents repeat this, although they awaited September with great anxiety about how their children would adapt to the new conditions at the start of the school year. Missed information

As 15min said the mother of one Čiurlionis student, who asked not to publish her name, her daughter lives in the school dormitory during the school year, which is on T.Kosciuška Street next to the school. This was very convenient for the girl who came from another city – she did not have to travel anywhere by public transport, could easily go to classes or return after them nearby. During breaks, it was also possible to run back to the dormitory, where students were fed for free.

However, this school year everything will be different, and parents say they have missed information as September approached.
