Eurostat: Unemployment in Lithuania in July was just slightly above the EU average

Over the year, unemployment in the country decreased by 0.6 percentage points and stood at 6.2%, remaining unchanged over the month. In July, 97 thousand people were unemployed, of whom 11 thousand were youth under 25 years old – their unemployment rate decreased by 1.3 percentage points over the year to 12.1%.
