Fuel prices at gas stations in our country usually increase on Tuesdays, and are consistently reduced on other days until the weekend.
Data on fuel prices obtained from gas stations by 10 a.m. on September 1 shows that the lowest diesel price was at the “Tripletas” network gas station in Mažeikiai – 1.950 Eur/l.
Diesel price
The highest diesel price was at two “Circle K” network gas stations – 2.239 Eur/l.
Diesel prices at gas stations on Tuesday morning ranged from 1.950 Eur/l to 2.239 Eur/l, with the average diesel price reaching 2.089 Eur/l, or 2.37% more than on Monday (August 31), when it was 2.040 Eur/l.
Gasoline price
The lowest gasoline price on Tuesday morning was at the “Tripletas” network gas station in Vilnius – 1.660 Eur/l.
The highest gasoline price was at the “Circle K” network gas station in Varėna – 1.949 Eur/l.

Gasoline prices at gas stations on Tuesday morning ranged from 1.660 Eur/l to 1.949 Eur/l, with the average gasoline price amounting to 1.840 Eur/l, or 2.93% more than on Monday (August 31), when it was 1.787 Eur/l.
Gas price
The lowest LPG price on Tuesday morning was at four “Madalva” network gas stations – 0.670 Eur/l.
The highest LPG price was at the UAB “Tumasa” gas station in Mažeikiai district municipality (Židikiai) – 0.940 Eur/l.
LPG prices at gas stations on Tuesday morning ranged from 0.670 Eur/l to 0.940 Eur/l, with the average LPG price reaching 0.778 Eur/l, or 1.45% more than on Monday (August 31), when it was 0.766 Eur/l.
The wholesale gasoline price in Lithuania on August 31 was 1.72 Eur/l, the wholesale diesel price – 1.91 Eur/l (on August 28, the wholesale gasoline price was 1.68 Eur/l, the wholesale diesel price – 1.87 Eur/l).
The Brent crude oil price on the market on August 31 was 90.49 USD/bbl (on August 28 – 89.31 USD/bbl).
