The Lithuanian Court of Appeal ruled on Thursday that the contract cannot be terminated due to public interest, and the fine of nearly 0.5 million euros imposed on the Ministry of National Defence (KAM) Infrastructure Management Agency is justified. The court upheld the decision of the Kaunas District Court dated May 4, the court announced.
