The client card can be used to pay at shopping center checkouts, “Perlas” terminals, and “Lietuvos paštas” branches. Additionally, it will be possible to declare water meter readings using it. In other words, for customers who do not use the internet, the payment procedure will remain simple, clear, and convenient.
Residents who have internet access are invited to register on the “Klaipėdos vanduo” self-service portal. It is convenient for viewing and paying bills, declaring meter readings, tracking payment history, and monitoring their water consumption statistics.

Customers who wish to receive information about the amount payable by phone can also choose SMS notifications. Every month they will receive information about the amount due and a link to pay it.
