The complaint to the Supreme Court was brought by R. Žemaitaitis’s lawyer Vytautas Sirvydis.
“The complaint requests a review of the lower courts’ verdicts in cassation proceedings and their annulment, and the criminal case against R. Žemaitaitis to be terminated,” LAT representative Tautvilė Merkevičiūtė told BNS.
