A new series “Not All Home” and the premiere game “Password” with Justinas Jankevičius will appear on Etery, a new stage of “The Voice of Lithuania” will begin, and “Šeškinės 20” and “Music Detectives” will be renewed. And on September 6, LNK will open the musical season with “Star Duets. A New Era”.

Much is already known about the new season of “Star Duets”: its hosts, jury members, and nine duets have been announced. As the premiere approaches, more and more is revealed about how the participants are preparing for the performances. And the rehearsals of one duet, it turns out, even changed the participants’ household.
Attentive followers of Iglė Bernotaitė and Tadas Juodsnukis may have already noticed the show and event host, sports commentator Karolis Tiškevičius, appearing more often at their home. All three will participate in “Star Duets” – T. Juodsnukis will perform with actress Dovilė Kundrotaitė, and I. Bernotaitė’s stage partner will be Karolis Tiškevičius.
The sports journalist and event host living in Kaunas says that preparing for the new challenge sometimes requires staying overnight in Vilnius at his future stage partner Iglė’s place. The intensively preparing couple has already joked about the situation – Karolis assures that at least the night before the project starts, he will change his place of stay.
“We, like good newlyweds, will sleep separately the night before ‘Star Duets’. I will go to the office, like a dog to its kennel. And Iglutė will spend the night properly in her palace,” laughs K. Tiškevičius.
Karolis, who received an invitation to the musical project, says he did not have to think long – participating in such a show was his small dream.

“When I was asked if I would participate in such a project, I had no doubts. I always thought that if such an offer came, I would try to show that somewhere deep in my heart, this strange person still has a singer’s soul,” admits the well-known man.
Iglė says she felt that she wants an experience that would bring joy and could be enjoyed. According to the singer, that is exactly what she expects from “Star Duets”. And what gives her peace before the upcoming project is also what she has already heard during rehearsals with Karolis.
“I was very lucky with my partner. If someone asked me how I sleep at night, I sleep very well because I heard Karolis singing. Well, and of course also because he sleeps at our house with Tadas, but what can you do,” smiles Iglė.
Nine duets, made up of professional performers and well-known Lithuanian people, will start their journey in “Star Duets” on September 6 on LNK.
