Two suspects were arrested in Slovakia, and one in Germany; they are accused of “carrying out orders” to prepare an attack, police said on their Facebook account and added that none of the detainees are Slovak.

The police reported that they acted based on information from the Slovak intelligence service and confiscated a “large amount” of combustible mixture.
“If the attack had occurred, it could have caused a huge fire,” the police noted, estimating that about 70 employees could have been at risk and property worth tens of millions of euros would have been damaged.

The news agency AFP contacted the police, but officers did not provide any additional details.
