“In my opinion, the current ‘Banginis’ infrastructure is not an added value. We can argue about what this area could turn into, but it cannot remain as it is – a huge car parking strip, what is valuable about that? Maybe we can agree on what it could become, but that it has to transform, there is probably no question about that,” said L. Kairienė at the Vilnius City Development Committee on Monday.
