Photos and videos posted by local residents on social networks show a large fire that broke out at the plant. Air raid sirens were active in the Russian region during the attack.

It is reported that air defense was also active near the Novoshakhtinsk oil refinery in Russia’s Rostov region, although no damage to the company has been reported so far.
The Ukrainian military has not yet commented on reports of the attack.
