The Ministry of Foreign Affairs turned to the ethics watchdogs asking to assess Ž. Pavilionis’s actions and determine whether, in his communication with the staff of the Lithuanian Embassy in the USA, the requirements for MPs regarding the reconciliation of public and private interests were violated, and whether the parliamentary status and granted powers were properly used.
