“The request, the task for LTG Infra is simple – to respond as proactively as possible, not to delay processes. If problems are noticed, go and talk to the contractors. Or, as was the case with Rizzani (the former contractor of the Rail Baltica bridge over the Neris – BNS), terminate the contract and look for another contractor, rather than dragging out time and resolving issues promptly,” he said.
