He showed a received document stating that Mindaugas Lipnius has not appeared at work since August 6, 2026 (inclusive), did not perform his work functions, and also maliciously and deliberately failed to follow the employer’s instructions to provide information about the employer’s clients and access to advertising accounts.

The document orders him to perform work functions at the workplace at the specified time. It also instructs him to return the car belonging to the employer.
M. Lipnius also published several other received messages.
“You work at MB Simitri LT under an employment contract and must comply with the rules set by the employer. Even if you were 100% the owner of the company (which is not the case) and worked under an employment contract, the situation would be the same – you would be subordinate to the company and its manager. Therefore, I repeatedly demand that you fulfill all the instructions previously sent to you,” the message reads.

“Today at 9 a.m., you again did not show up at work. This day will again be recorded as an absence. Salary will not be paid for absences. Also, I remind you that today at 4 p.m., you must deliver the company car Audi Q8 to J. Kubiliaus St. 21, Vilnius. If the car is not delivered on time, the company will take action to recover the car,” another message states.
After publishing these messages, M. Lipnius asked a question.
“Where is the lie?” wrote the businessman.

Žmonės.lt reminds that M. Lipnius spoke about the former couple’s disagreements on Saturday. Later, Simona Lipnė expressed a firm position regarding M. Lipnius’ statements about attempts to distract from business to the news portal “Delfi.” The woman denied the accusations made by the man and presented her view of the situation.
“I would like to emphasize that the divorce process in court has not even started, Mindaugas has not lost any status, and we do not have and have not acquired any shared property. I will not comment further on his other publicly made false statements. I am very upset that my spouse publicly makes completely false and unfounded statements. In this way, he harms not only himself and me but, most importantly, our children. Moreover, his public statements damage the reputation of the respective companies and cause harm to the companies, which may demand compensation from him,” S. Lipnė commented to “Delfi.”
