“A military source confirmed that the Yemeni armed forces, using two drones, struck the Aramco oil refinery in the Jizan region and, by the grace of God, hit the target precisely,” reported Saba, referring to the Houthi forces.
The agency reported that, according to the source, this strike was a response to Saudi Arabia’s “violation of Yemen’s airspace and national sovereignty in the Saada and Hajjah governorates.”
According to Saba, the source also stated that the Houthis “will resolutely respond to any violation of the country’s sovereignty or any act of aggression directed against the nation.”

The long-standing ceasefire in the Yemeni civil war between the Houthis and the Saudi Arabia-backed and internationally recognized government seems to have collapsed last month.
The United Nations (UN)-backed 2022 agreement collapsed when the Houthis, with Iran blocking the Strait of Hormuz, declared a naval blockade on Saudi Arabia, striking Saudi oil tankers in the Red Sea and the kingdom’s oil infrastructure.
