In Lithuania on Thursday morning, compared to Wednesday, the average prices of gasoline and diesel decreased by 0.51% and 0.39% respectively, but the average price of LPG increased by 0.26%. Information about fuel prices was provided to the Lithuanian Energy Agency (LEA) on August 13 by 70 fuel trading companies operating 742 gas stations.

Companies selling fuel in Lithuania provide LEA with information about the prices of fuels sold at their gas stations every working day by 10 a.m. The submitted prices are published on the website ena.lt. Prices at gas stations are changed several times a day.
Data on fuel prices obtained from gas stations by 10 a.m. on August 13 show that the lowest diesel price was at the “Baltic Petroleum” network gas station in Kupiškis district municipality (Noriūnai village) – 1.889 Eur/l.
The highest diesel price was at thirty “Viada” network gas stations and eight “Circle K” network gas stations – 2.139 Eur/l.
Diesel prices at gas stations on Thursday morning ranged from 1.889 Eur/l to 2.139 Eur/l, and the average diesel price was 2.018 Eur/l, or 0.39% less than on Wednesday (August 12), when it was 2.026 Eur/l.
The lowest gasoline price on Thursday morning was at the “Baltic Petroleum” network gas station in Šilutė – 1.649 Eur/l.
The highest gasoline price was at the “Eniris” network gas station in Kretinga – 1.870 Eur/l.

Gasoline prices at gas stations on Thursday morning ranged from 1.649 Eur/l to 1.870 Eur/l, and the average gasoline price was 1.761 Eur/l, or 0.51% less than on Wednesday (August 12), when it was 1.770 Eur/l.
The lowest LPG price on Thursday morning was at four UAB “Madalva” gas stations and one UAB “Bonsa” gas station in Tauragė district municipality (Taurai) – 0.660 Eur/l.
The highest LPG price was at the UAB “Tumasa” gas station (Mažeikiai district municipality (Židikiai)) – 0.940 Eur/l.
LPG prices at gas stations on Thursday morning ranged from 0.660 Eur/l to 0.940 Eur/l, and the average LPG price was 0.765 Eur/l, or 0.26% more than on Wednesday (August 12), when it was 0.763 Eur/l.
The wholesale gasoline price in Lithuania on August 12 was 1.61 Eur/l, the wholesale diesel price – 1.91 Eur/l (on August 11, the wholesale gasoline price was 1.60 Eur/l, the wholesale diesel price – 1.91 Eur/l).
The Brent crude oil price on the market on August 12 was 88.98 USD/bbl (August 11 – 88.91 USD/bbl).
