On July 24, LB filed a lawsuit with the Vilnius District Court to initiate bankruptcy proceedings against “AlphaPay,” stating that it is insolvent, unable to meet its obligations, and its liabilities exceed its assets, BNS reported, quoting the court representative Lina Nemeikaitė.
