Administrative commission – the first formal step that participants of the “Rokiškio Grand Rally” must complete before the competition. During it, the crews’ documents are checked and other necessary pre-start procedures are carried out.

Participants who successfully complete the administrative commission formalities receive their start packages. These include stickers for sports cars, road books, and GPS equipment that will be used during the competition.
The process started on Wednesday evening continued on Thursday morning – the remaining “Rokiškio Grand Rally” participants gathered for the administrative commission. After completing the formalities and receiving the road books, the crews can now move on to one of the most important preparation stages for the competition – familiarization with the special stages.
On Thursday, the athletes depart for the Rokiškis region, where they drive the future special stages according to the established procedure and prepare pace notes. These record turns, jumps, distances, and other track features. It is this information that the crews will use later when driving the same roads at a sporting pace.
While the pilots and co-drivers familiarize themselves with the special stages and prepare pace notes on Thursday, their teams’ mechanics will also have plenty of work. In the afternoon, they will have to present the sports cars to the technical commission.
This year’s “Rokiškio Grand Rally” participants will face 17 special stages, covering a total of 134 competitive kilometers. 57 crews will compete for the result on the gravel roads around Rokiškis.
