Walker, who left the club in February and moved to Athens’ “Marousi,” seems not to have forgotten his time in Vilnius. He shared a post on his Instagram account reflecting on the past year.
“Another year has turned… I am incredibly blessed. But I will be completely honest – this year was undoubtedly the hardest in my basketball career,” Walker wrote. “After my first season in Europe, I had to undergo surgery. Later, I played the entire season plagued by injury and night after night played through the pain. I also had to deal with people who started to think I wasn’t as good as they expected because I couldn’t play as consistently as I had for many years before due to the pain.”
The season continued to be difficult for him. Walker had to endure another surgery, and he is currently ready for the season.
“Eventually, I had to have a second surgery because the knee pain was simply unbearable. Now I feel great. This whole experience has made me much stronger, and I wouldn’t trade it for anything. Over these years, both on and off the court, I have learned more about myself than ever since I first picked up a basketball,” the guard said.

In the Lithuanian Basketball League (LKL), the guard averaged 13.8 points, 1.4 rebounds, and 4.4 assists per game.
Meanwhile, in the FIBA Champions League, he played 10 games. He averaged 12.5 points, 1.5 rebounds, and 3.8 assists per game.
His stats increased somewhat in Greece. He averaged 15.7 points, 1.3 rebounds, and 4.7 assists per game.
