On Monday, Anamaria Goltes withdrew the application for the required alimony and legal costs in court in Los Angeles.

In the Los Angeles court, the woman stated that she is ready to resolve the legal dispute through an out-of-court agreement, as it would supposedly be better for the children’s interests.
However, she filed a new application in Slovenia, TMZ wrote.
According to this celebrity news source, A. Goltes is demanding 40 million dollars from L. Dončić and an additional 10 million, which would be allocated to the daughters.
The tiny daughters of 28-year-old A. Goltes and 27-year-old L. Dončić live in Slovenia.
The demands are not just about money.
It is reported that A. Goltes wants L. Dončić’s right to meet the children to be limited to once a week, instead of twice, as currently decided.
The relationship between one of the best basketball players in the world currently, L. Dončić, and model A. Goltes began in 2016, when they were very young.
They got engaged in 2023 and recently had two daughters – Gabriela is now two years old, and Olivia was born eight months ago.
In March of this year, news about the legal disputes between L. Dončić and A. Goltes spread publicly.

27-year-old L. Dončić has previously said that he intends to fight for his rights as a father.
“I love my daughters more than anything, they will always be the most important in my life,” Dončić said when explaining his decision not to play for the Slovenian national team this summer because he wants to spend his vacation time with his daughters.
At the end of August, he is planning to hold a basketball camp in Slovenia, which some “Lakers” players are expected to attend.
Six-time All-Star L. Dončić has been playing in Los Angeles since 2025, when he was traded from the Dallas Mavericks club.
Last season, the Slovenian scored 33.5 points, grabbed 7.7 rebounds, and made 8.3 assists per game.
