However, it turns out that the Lithuanian suspected of fraud has extorted much larger sums from his compatriots.
After the publication appeared, lawyer Marija Židonienė, representing a group of 10 tourists, contacted the portal. The information she provided shows that a pre-trial investigation has been initiated against A. Laukevičius in Lithuania.

It is based on a story that began this January. As stated in the official claim submitted to A. Laukevičius’s company – the travel organizer “Zebratlantica Lda” – it demands the return of the entire amount paid for the canceled trip – 18,576 euros.
The portal 15min contacted A. Laukevičius with a request to comment on the situation for which a pre-trial investigation has been initiated. Upon receiving his response, we will update the article.
