As the communication specialist of the Kaunas County Chief Police Commissariat told the portal Žmonės.lt, no exceptional incidents occurred in the center of Kaunas on the evening of the event.
“There was definitely nothing special or extraordinary. It was not an exceptional weekend or that particular evening. There were some minor incidents, they were resolved, and everything else was like any other weekend: mostly noise dominated, although I wouldn’t say there was a lot of it. Well, noise dominated in the city center, but that is natural because on weekends we practically always receive such reports,” said the Kaunas County Police Department representative to Žmonės.lt.
The communication specialist said that only one man had to be taken to the police station.
“One administrative case was initiated against a man for a minor public order violation. A protocol was drawn up for a man who behaved inappropriately in a public place, used obscene language, was intoxicated, so he was detained and taken to the station for the protocol to be drawn up,” said the communication department specialist.
According to her, there were also reports that people had purchased invalid tickets for the event.
“After such larger events, we receive reports that people bought tickets for the event on unofficial websites and did not get in because the tickets were fake. This time we had seven such reports,” shared the communication specialist.
Speaking to the portal Žmonės.lt , the Kaunas County Police Department representative said there was also one curious situation at the event.

“A girl called, saying her friend’s phone was missing, she didn’t know if it was stolen, but with the help of police officers, the phone was found in the stadium, fallen between the stands. So it was a – false alarm,” concluded the communication specialist in the conversation with Žmonės.lt .
Žmonės.lt reminds that the concert took place on Friday. The stadium doors opened at 5 p.m., and music fans who arrived at the concert had the opportunity to purchase drinks, snacks, and enjoy various entertainments waiting in the stadium.
At first, there was a selection of both non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks for those who wanted to have a drink. For example, 0.5 liters of cola cost 3.50 EUR, while the same amount of mineral water cost 3 euros.
It was precisely the price of the latter that unpleasantly surprised more than one person – people noticed that a bottle of mineral water costs much less in stores.
“It’s unpleasant that they try to profit this way,” one concert viewer told the portal Žmonės.lt indignantly.
