„Spectra“, a company operating in the Netherlands related to its holding company „Tesonet Global“, has submitted a request to the Competition Council – it is seeking permission to acquire 100% of the shares of a company managing a hotel.

According to the council, the request for the transaction was submitted on July 27.
According to the Register Center data, „Grand Hotel Vilnius“ currently belongs to a sub-fund of the investment management company „I asset management“.
