„VMG Energy“ begins installing a 15 MW power electricity storage park in Klaipėda district

In the first phase, the battery storage system will be used in electricity system balancing markets. It will be able to store electricity when there is a surplus in the market and return it to the grid when demand increases or there is a power shortage, VMG announced on Tuesday.
