Using high-altitude equipment, a rescue rope, and a knife, the poster holders were cut.
The poster was handed over to the police officers.
As 15min stated on Tuesday, representatives of the Kaunas County Police said that on August 3 at about 19:50, a report was received that a poster was hung on top of an abandoned multi-storey building on Kęstučio Street in Kaunas.
