I was also surprised by the somewhat biased work of the Lithuanian police officers; when talking on the phone, after contacting them, they said that it was roughly okay to let one child go and what else do I want, since the child was returned. Žmonės.lt woman told that she managed to contact the driver only with the help of the police.
“By the way, we never got to the doctor. I think it’s important to talk about this. It’s hard for me to comment on such ‘Bolt’ incompetence. They didn’t even agree to refund me for the trip until the investigation is completed,” Raimonda described the situation in more detail to Žmonės.lt.
